There isn’t a team in the world who isn’t suffering from the complexity of group dynamics. Leaders in every industry are underwater with the challenges they face and to make matters worse we don’t have great language for any of this and leadership is isolating.
I’ve taught adaptive leadership and the design of deliberately developmental organizations all around the world via the Hold the Standard Summit and a two day course can be wildly impactful, but has limitations. Much of the depth of this work that I’ve done with others has come in the form of consultancy, which is expensive.
