FREE Workshop: Advance Your Gymnastics Saturday

Students rejoice! You’re invited to a masterful examination of gymnastics fundamentals this Saturday from 1-3pm. 

This workshop is open to all fitness levels.

Students can expect to learn foundational skills and drills for performance on the bar. This means attendees can expect to be met exactly where they are at in a progression of endless strength and skill development, including but not limited to pull ups and muscle ups. See you there?

25 Double Unders
200m Run
