I used to think these little niggles were unavoidable consequences. Now, I understand that I’m in the driver’s seat when it comes to my body.
That holds true for you as well. You don’t have to be an expert to make yourself stronger and more resistant to injury. Hell, there’s so much information out there that you don’t even have to pay an expert to get results.
