Workshop Saturday Slated to Make Sense of Your Health Journey

For the gym folks out there who are working out hard and eating weird things to stay healthy, you’d be surprised at how unclear they are about why they are doing it. Are you clear about what this is all for?

The workshop will be led by longtime student and friend of DEUCE, Nikki Ledford. She is a board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) and lifestyle medicine professional who helps high-capacity people navigate life’s commitments with clarity, support, and sustainable health practices.
