The internet loves hacks, right? I found the world’s best gratitude hack and I’m excited to share it with you. It’s a simple one step process. Ready?

Give it away. 

That’s it. Give away, temporarily at least, some things that you enjoy, find comforting, etc. I’ve recently done this as a financial move as we transition into the growth of the gym. I’ve rented out my car on a popular car rental app and even shared my apartment with friends. 

I’ll tell you this, the most enjoyable drives come after not having the option to do so. I am by no means suffering and you likely wouldn’t be either if you played with this notion.

4-6 Plyo Push Ups
50-Yard DB Waiters Carry

Complete 3 rounds for quality of:
8 Bench Press

Min 1: 6 Renegade Row
Min 2: 15 Banded KB Swings
Min 3: 7th Street Corner Run



Weighted PullUp

Accumulate as many quality Kipping or Butterfly Pullups as possible in 12 minutes

Then, complete 3 rounds for time:
20 Push Ups
40 DB Box Step Overs (50/35)
80 Double Unders
