Maybe it’s a very matter-of-fact way of communicating it, but the very essence of trying is vulnerable. To live is to try. The way I see it, no one is making it through a remarkable life without the risk of failure, looking bad, or with a complete hold on safety. 

It’s how you learned to walk, write, speak, drive a car, and everything else that you find so easy these days. It seems silly to let a fear of the vulnerability that got you here get in the way now

You’ve been doing it all along. 

Sometimes we just forget when we get to adulthood. Don’t ever forget. You were a courageous kid and that person is still inside of you.
