Training in a Vacuum vs. Training in a Community

Here’s something to reflect on. Some of you reading this are in our community (or one like it), but not everyone. Some of you reading this train alone or not at all. Here’s the thing to consider:

Reflect on all the physical training you’ve done in the last few weeks, months, or years. Those that are in a community, I’ll ask you: “Could/would you have done it alone?” For those of you who train alone, “Could/would you have done more?”

Sit with that. It will likely bring you gratitude or motivation. Carry on.
