Finally, DEUCE Offers Coach-Led 202 Training Experiences

DEUCE Gym prides itself on being a University of Movement. It’s a unique campus where we come to learn, grow, and develop. 

The first core value of DEUCE is Performance. 

We are built on the utility of performance; this facility’s cornerstone is coach-led training. 

Our coaches refuse to be anything less than subject matter experts in their craft. We strive to make high-level coaching inclusive and accessible. As our physical location expands, this will become increasingly possible. 

In the spirit of creating value through coaching, Strength and Weightlifting 202 specialty courses will now be coach-led offerings. These programs are undergoing major upgrades, which I am excited to announce here. 

Our newly acquired space will host Strength and Weightlifting specialty 202 Monday through Thursday from 6 AM to 8:30. These courses can still be carried out at other times, but during the A.M. slot, a coach will be on site facilitating these programs. Students can arrive at their convenience and receive guidance and coaching. A group of students has already committed to training during these hours, and the training environment promises to be lively and supportive. 

In addition, these programs are expanding to include individualized accessory work. This means you can contact me to have your programming tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Individualized programming is a powerful tool that can help you close the gap to where you want to be faster.

Both programs will still include video analysis and can be facilitated remotely. Strength and Weightlifting 101 are still the best options for students looking to begin a deeper dive into these modalities and will continue to be a prerequisite for 202.
