Weird Flex but Okay..

I made a joke the other day in class. You’re right, it wasn’t good, per se. It did, however, tell an important story, though. Ready? Here’s what I said:

“The quickest way to have clout in the gym is to have a remarkable hollow rock.” 

My reasoning is simple. Showing mastery in the overlooked areas by it’s own (overlooked) definition makes you rare. Also, every walks into a gym expecting people to flex on the ego stuff. “Great. You squat a ton..” 

As a coach, when I see someone with an incredible hollow rock I know that they have attention to detail that is impressive and it’s not ego driven. I think, “this person chooses excellence.” 

Nothing drips confidence more than a clean hollow rock. The choice is yours, people.
