Boxing x Lifting
A mashup of skill, strength, and conditioning. Swenson Boxing and DEUCE Strength + Bodybuilding will lead a session built around precision, effort, and shared intensity. Expect to move well, work hard, and get better together.
Breath + Exposure
Post-session, DEUCE Breath + Exposure will guide an ice bath and sauna experience to reset your system, downshift the nervous system, and close out the morning grounded and clear.
Community + Connection
With music (we’ve got an epic DJ coming!), movement, and good people all in one place, this is a simple reminder of why we train here: to raise the standard, support one another, and enjoy the process.
