Change is everything.

It’s testing week here at 110 Lincoln and that means people are most literally doing things what used to be impossible. While it might sound dramatic, what we’re seeing is that people aren’t just doing remarkable things – they are different people. 

I can’t think of a more important type of information for a human being to receive than evidence that we can change. If you can change physically, you might be able to change in other ways. And, if that’s possible…

8 Single leg DB Glute Bridges
8 Standing Landmine Presses(ea)

Minute 1: 12 DB Chest Supported Rows
Minute 2: :30 Max KB Swings
Minute 3: 8 Burpees



DB Push Press

Then, complete 3 rounds for quality of:
8 DB Floor Presses
6 Push Ups
3 Assisted Push Ups
-Rest as needed-

Then, complete the following for time:
200 Double Unders
Deadlifts (315/225)
Box Jumps (30/24)
DB Shoulder-to-Overhead (70/50)
