Life’s Greatest Challenge is Also Extremely Easy to Say on a Podcast

The first universal truth of Buddhism is that everything is impermanent and everything is changing. Humans have known this all too well for thousands of years. Nonetheless, it’s often the source of our suffering. 

To expect anything other than change is foolish. 

I wonder what life would look like if I lived this way because I sure as hell don’t. Easier said than done, I’m sure.
