From a young age, Darryl Stingley saw comic books, cartoons and superheroes, and was inspired to do what they do.
Fast forward to today, and Darryl “Wavy” Stingley is one of the greatest parkour athletes in the world. Not only has he transcended the sport as an athlete, but also, as a teacher, thanks to his one-of-a-kind skillset, body of experience, infectious passion, and commitment to development that is ever-evolving.
Oh, and did we mention? He’ll be at DEUCE Gym THIS SATURDAY, September 25, to deliver the first of its kind Parkour Seminar.
If you’ve ever wondered what parkour is, how to do it – particularly, the skills necessary for development and how to do them – or if you’re “fit” enough to do parkour (spoiler: parkour is for everyone), Darryl is quite literally the human being you want teaching you! Inviting you all to tune into this special episode of the DEUCE Racing Podcast with the man who has curated a profound ability to distill the complexity of parkour into simple terms and application.
Admiration of mastery is one thing, but the opportunity to be guided toward pursuing it yourself – and in an accessible way – is next-level humanitarianism.
Enjoy this conversation, and we’ll see you Saturday…
