FFOTB Presents: 2013 Whole Life Challenge Finals!

Sixty one committed individuals took on the Whole Life Challenge this year with us. Our community joined some 8,000 other competitors for eight weeks, tracking nutrition compliance, daily mobility, hydration, and a slew of other lifestyle factors. All of that comes to an end this Saturday with our WLC Finals event.

The event will include the official workout, which will measure improvement over the past eight weeks. This improvement combined with the rankings of the physical transformation (before and after photos) and the daily logging will give us our challenge winners. Prizes will be awarded for the top three finishers and for the ‘Spirit of the Challenge.’

1st Overall –$500 Cash

2nd Overall – $250 Cash

3rd Overall – $100 Cash

‘Spirit of the Challenge’ – ???

There are currently seven athletes tied for first in the lifestyle component, and there are many more not far behind. This event will truly be won or lost on game day this Saturday. Most directly, “every rep counts!” And yes, spectators are welcome.

NOTE: All ‘After’ pictures and workout scores (for those not attending Saturday) must be in TONIGHT by 5:00 PST. Working out Saturday? Don’t forget to RSVP!

Saturday’s festivities will begin in the beach lot south of the Santa Monica pier at 9 AM sharp. Please come ready to PR! We will walk to Brick and Mortar for a celebratory brunch immediately following the event. WLC Map

Complete Complex for  Max Load
3 Deadlift
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Hang Squat Clean
2 Jerks (1 Push/1 Split)

Then complete 3 rounds of:

In 90 seconds:
200m
Max Squats

*Rest 90 seconds between each effort
