A Critical Divide: External vs. Internal Health

Humanity is maturing in so many ways, including our worldviews of health and fitness. For much of my life, one’s “fitness” was evaluated visually. Said differently, you were fit if you looked fit. 

This misses important nuances.

Yes, “form follows function” and that capable, fit people generally look capable and fit. But, external fitness doesn’t perfectly correlate to internal fitness. This begs the question, how are you approaching understanding your health? If it’s only about the weight on the bar and what you see in the mirror, I’m going to challenge you to go another step further. 

In today’s market, bloodwork is easy to obtain and understand. 

There’s no better way to understand your “internal” fitness than with a blood panel. With an internal snapshot, you’ll have a more holistic view of what’s happening with your health.
