Have a Good Reason Not to Train? We Want YOU!

I’m pulling back the curtain here. The way I see it is that statistically you’re likely one of the fitter people in your life. Said differently, when you are in a family or social setting, other people often acknowledge you as the (sometimes crazy) fit one. 

Now, you know your training is normal and important. But, they don’t. 

We created an 8-week course for everyone around the dinner table that thinks they can’t (and shouldn’t) do what you do in the gym. It’s called Pain Free Movement 101 and it’s a chance for movers of any experience level to build a foundation of:

  •     Effective breathing
  •     Joint Stability
  •     Owning Safe Ranges of Motion
  •     Functional trunk strength
  •     Basic Movement Patterns

We all have movement imbalances and a foundation that can be improved. So, if you or someone you know is looking to bridge the gap between where they are and the gym, Pain Free Movement 101 is now enrolling!
