Local Gym to Bury Students in Ice Saturday

It sounds absurd, but research is showing that these practices could be the most important to our health at this time. In an increasingly detached, technologically dominant world, our physiology is starving for connection and regulation.

This Saturday we’re hosting the Breath & Exposure Orientation that unlocks the mystery behind breath practices that are thousands of years old, exposure to basic natural elements, and how to regulate your system for mental and physical health improvement. 

This educational experience is open to the public! Students who complete the orientation unlock the option to access an unlimited-use membership of the Breath & Exposure facility, as well.

Take 12:00 to build to a heavy Bench Press…

Then, complete 4 rounds for quality of:

6 Weighted Push Ups
12 Close Grip DB Floor Presses

Then, complete the following for time:

400m Run
4 Rounds:
10 Jump Squats
15 Butterfly Sit Ups
400m Run
