DEUCE Breath & Exposure 101 Begins Monday

There’s a hidden oasis at 110 Lincoln that combines natural Earth tones, intentional breath, ice, and sauna work. Starting Monday March 8th a small group of men and women will begin an 8-week course to practice the intricacies of performance breathing and exposure work. 

DEUCE Breath & Exposure 101 isn’t just an education, it’s an experience. Over the course of the two months, participants will meet twice per week to practice the most progressive understanding of breathwork from the apnea training in freediving, to nasal breathing for downregulation, and the hypoxic work that mimics training at altitude.

Complete 3 rounds for quality of:
12 Tempo Inverted Rows 
10 DB Roll Back Presses + 15 Close Grip DB Floor Presses
