Mental Exercise

Today, like everyday with us, you’ll have an opportunity to get better. Don’t let this opportunity become merely a physical one, however. Today you have an opportunity to train your mind. For many of us, what’s between our ears is the “make or break” component to our success of failure.

This is a place to practice being uncomfortable. Today you get an opportunity to practice not quitting and that goes way beyond big muscles and nice abs.

Part of the training for the day is find our 10 rep max front squat. Let me be clear about this. It is impossible to find a true 10 rep max front squat without it becoming a mental exercise. Embrace it.
