The beauty of breath is simple. It’s both conscious and unconscious. This simple fact is the reason humans have used breath practices for thousands of years to bring mindfulness to the human experience.

You’ve been breathing all day whether you’ve thought about it or not. Since it’s also a thing your body can do on purpose..

Manipulating it is a doorway to your awareness. 

They say breathwork is simply breathing with an intended purpose. And, frankly, there are so many possible outcomes from breathing a certain way. Breath can be training your capacity, it can calm you, it can give you energy, it can bring you nirvana, and a host of other things. 

No reason, however, may be more important than bringing mindfulness to the mostly mindless world we live in. Join us for a coach-led breathwork experience to feel this for yourself.
