Performance is the first stated value of DEUCE for a reason. It’s the underlying thing that brought us all through that rusty gate to begin with. All of our programs are founded on effective training principles because we believe that our students should get the results they pay for. 

Despite what many internet gurus would have you believe, effective training principles are not complex or mysterious. They are so simple that millions of low-intelligence meatheads throughout the ages have mastered them.

Everyone who has gotten the results they desired out of training followed the following process:

  1. Shut up and focused on the work
  2. Trained with unrelenting intensity
  3. Did steps one and two for decades

I’m a person who loves the complexity of strength and conditioning and human movement. However, at the end of the day, that complexity is irrelevant; follow steps 1-3 and you get what you want.
