From December 22nd until January 2nd, the gym will be closed except for some special open gym hours. During these hours, athletes that wish to train are encouraged to come at some point during the three hours time slots listed. During these times coaches will be available to help facilitate prescribed workouts, as well as give the opportunity for creative freedom surrounding your training.
Things will ramp up back to normal gym hours on January 2nd, the day after our 2nd Annual 1/2K Run to brunch on New Year’s Day. If we don’t see you over the holidays, be safe and come back ready to crush it 2015!
