Know the Habits, Know the Man

Are there those few strangers in your life that you don’t really know, but you see on a daily basis? Being on the bluffs every day puts me literally on the path of the routines of many strangers on a daily basis. There are walkers, runners, dog owners, commuters, and workers that I see on a daily basis. Maybe I couldn’t tell you their names, but I very well could tell you about their routines.

Since, of course, “we are what we repeatedly do,” you’d be surprised at how much you can learn about someone with a glimpse inside his or her daily habits.

Now, shine a similar light on your life. What would an observer of your daily routine say about you? Are you living the message that you wish to project?
