It’s Not a Barrier, It’s a Bridge

You will inevitably meet a wall of resistance today. 

Actually, who am I kidding? Make that plural. You will inevitably meet walls of resistance today.

Maybe it’s the moment fatigue sets into this workout. 

Maybe it’s the moment you notice an incoming call from the person you’ve been avoiding.

Maybe it’s the moment self-doubt comes banging on your door and you’re temporarily paralyzed. 

Well, one simple consideration for you today: what if you reframed those barriers as bridges?

To move towards and eventually through anything, you’ll obviously need to take action. But hey, I get it – generating the inertia to pivot potential energy into kinetic energy is way easier said than done. 

So here’s an easy hack to get the ball rolling: Name your barriers out loud, and to someone else.
