Can you feel it? This train is coming whether you’re on board or not.  The Whole Life Challenge may in fact be the most comprehensive look into your health and lifestyle thus far. And, what better way to take the on that than with an entire community behind you?

Got Questions? We will hold our Pre-Game Huddle this Wednesday night to go over the challenge rules, official workout, and logistics. In addition, we will address questions and concerns.

What to bring: A notebook, a good attitude, and lots of questions!

 

 

WLC Prelims: This Saturday all classes are cancelled in leu of the challenge prelims the challenge will begin with a baseline workout and the baseline body composition session. In addition, your accountability starts at 8 AM on Saturday morning, for which you will log on our online scoreboard the following day.
