Break Your Ceiling

I’ve been lucky with the mentors I’ve had. I wouldn’t be who I am today without them.

Here’s the thing about being human: we all build invisible walls around ourselves. We convince ourselves that we can only go so far. That we’re not “ready” yet. That someone else just has something we don’t.

That’s bullsh**

What happens is we stay stuck inside our own head. The only way out is to get around people who think bigger – people who’ve already done what you want to do. When you see how they move, how they think, how they handle setbacks – it rewires something in you. 

Suddenly what felt impossible starts to feel normal.

And here’s the kicker.. Those people you look up to? The ones killing it right now? They used to have the same limiting beliefs you’re telling yourself. The only difference is, they stopped believing them 😉

So get someone in your corner who’s further ahead. Someone who’ll call you out on your blind spots and won’t let you hide behind the narratives you’re telling yourself.

Here’s the playbook:

  1. Find a mentor who’s ahead of you in the area you want to grow. 
  2. Put yourself in rooms where your desired behavior is ‘normal’ 
  3. Go after it like a savage. Full send. 

Your ceiling? It’s fake.
