Little Habits with Big Volume Consequences

There’s incredible opportunity (or danger) in that which you do routinely. Imagine if even just a tiny amount of toothpaste, for example, was toxic. A little bit, twice a day for your entire life adds up and can have devastating consequences.

The opposite is true, too.

There are little, seemingly minuscule habits that can add up to be remarkable over time. A ten minute per day mediation practice or a non-negotiable weekend hobby or a pre-bed stretching habit can add up to a monumental body of work with healthy dividends.

Take inventory of your most routine habits. A little sugar in your daily coffee isn’t “little” over a year or a decade. A little healthy dose works the same way.
