If you’re looking for a specific training focus, specialty courses are an opportunity to dive deeper in a particular area of movement focus. From DEUCE Gymnastics and DEUCE Rowing to DEUCE Strength, Strongman 101, and Strongman 202, we have a slew of elective courses to provide the most enriched training experience possible.
While many of these courses run indefinitely, DEUCE Rowing and Strongman 101 have limited enrollments. Both are eight-week long courses that are set to begin the week of April 3rd. With just eight seats available in each course, we advise you reserve your space ASAP as they often sell out.
If you’re interested in taking part in a specialty course, be rest assured that you don’t need to be a DEUCE Gym GPP member to do so. Furthermore, if you are a member, we can help you temporarily pause, augment, or even continue your membership while you explore anyone of these courses.
