In one week, we begin the 2017 Whole Life Challenge, an 8-week lifestyle game where our fitness community tests and retests performance and body composition metrics and plays along to a point -based mindfulness and nutrition game. Last year, nearly two hundred DEUCE community members got leaner, fitter, and learned new performance enhancing habits.
Join us Tuesday January 17th at 7:30PM for an informational meeting that will give context to the game and answer all of your questions.
Feel free to bring anyone you’d like along with you. The game is best played surrounded by participants anyway, so, strategically speaking, it pays to enroll your household and circle of friends.
