Fitness in the Field

Studies show that students perform better if they take a test in the same room that they learned the material in. Environment truly does influence us, but what good is having a wealth of knowledge inside the gym, for example, if you can’t call on it out “in the field?”

Not sure if you can handle your own outside of class? Put yourself to the test. Practice.

I’d like to challenge you all, not just to get great training sessions in while you’re here, but to train with enough attention to detail that you can hold your own with some basic movements in a hotel gym or at home now and again. After all, you are here to learn and we are here to teach.
