Athletes, today you’ll be testing your max broad jump, amongst other things. We like to get down to the nuts and bolts of human movement, as you know. Jumping, then, isn’t exempt from the same aggressive examination. Take a look at what these two brilliant coaches have to say about our bodies while jumping:

Is your mind blown yet?

You’d be surprised at how much of our movements truly are connected. And, just because some days are weightlifting days, some have running and gymnastics days, and others have all of the above, much of our movement patterns cross over. So, is it just jumping? Sure, but how you jump may say a great deal about how you squat, how you run, and how you get injured (or not).
