Mystery Weekends!

Boy, is it good to be in ‘The Nation’ these days! With the addition of our Women’s Only Program, the Endurance Program, and the assimilation of Barbell Club into our current membership umbrella, there are tons of activities for members of ‘The Nation’ to get involved in on the weekends. Traditionally, with our regular 9 AM class, we’ve always had a blog to accompany it. However, going forward there will only be a world famous FFOTB blog Monday through Friday.

Family time.

In other words, this will be the last Saturday blog. Regardless of your opinion on the matter, there is something to practicing training the unexpected. So, for all you “lookers” that must know the workout ahead of time, Saturday’s GPP class will now be a mystery. Ah, I can feel the suspense mounting already.

Complete the following for time:
30 Hand Release Push Ups
30 Burpees
Run 800m
30 Squats
30 Inverted Burpees
Run 800m
30 Hand Release Push Ups
30 Burpee Broad Jumps
