FFOTB Presents: The ‘Make Sh*t Happen’ – Goal Setting Event

Let’s get right down to it. Setting goals is crucial to doing anything incredible. Doing remarkable things like winning an NBA championship or creating IBM doesn’t happen to you, you make it happen. Well, what kind of fitness school would we be if we didn’t provide the necessary tools to capture the fitness and lifestyle you dream of?

Inside our last goal setting event.

Join us December 1st at Zinque in Venice at 3 PM for an incredible opportunity to inject your life with this type of remarkable success. And, what better way to do that than with the support of an entire community of motivated people?

This event will be unlike any goal setting event we’ve done in the past. In the past, our strong ties with corporate goal setting rockstars, lululemon, has paved the way for a robust, systematic program for goal setting. We have samples of some goals of the participants in this program on our goal setting program page. For this event we are maturing our goal setting program one step further.

Our goal setting program will not only capture 1 year, 5 year, and 10 year lifestyle, health, and career goals, but we will add a more impactful short term sturcture as well. As we tip our cap to our friends at CrossFit Central in Austin who have mastered a 30, 60, and 90 day approach to making definable progress in the short term as well.

This means our goal setting is smarter than setting a bunch of goals never to speak of them again. We will meet again in April, July, and October, to maximize accountability and our ability to celebrate successes. As the event’s namesake ruthlessly captures, this program is all about making shit happen.

Also, if December 1st is impossible contact us at info@FFOTB.com, we’ve already got a small group coordinating a private goal setting session.

Trajectory need adjusting? Let’s make it happen!

Motivated people only!

Logan Gelbrich
