DEUCE Athletics is now OPEN!

At long last, it is our pleasure to announce that DEUCE Athletics is once again open for INDOOR workouts! 

For those who might not have known: for the last 9 months (since the second shutdown) we have been offering outdoor workouts at a local park in hopes of continuing to provide our members with the quality workouts that they have come to expect.  On a daily basis, we transported equipment back-and-forth to provide an effective training program with legitimate fitness goals (our cars got heavier and heavier as our members got stronger!). In our time outdoors, we focused on improving trunk strength, mobility, and running/sprint mechanics

In hindsight, we are proud of our outdoor offering during that time, and what we were able to to provide for this community. 

Now, looking forward, we are happy to finally get back inside our gym. Members have long waited and continued to support our efforts and we are thrilled to give them the community experience that has come to define DEUCE. 

Safety still being a consideration, we are putting a limit on classes, keeping equipment separated for each member, and sanitizing after each use.

We understand we are still fighting for the health and wellness of this community, but, nonetheless, want to provide each and everyone in this community with the resource to improve their health, fitness, and overall well-being.

If you are in Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, or Torrance (anywhere in the South Bay really!), and need a place that cares about you, look no further than DEUCE Athletics.
