This tomorrow marks the first Saturday of the month. That means it’s time for the FREE Community Workout. We invite both members and non-members to DEUCE Gym for a complimentary training session at 9AM.
These workouts are traditionally even more accessible than usual for novices. Of course, advanced athletes will be challenged, as well. Interested? Come by and bring a friend or two.
Not enough? We’re having a DEUCE Beach Day shortly after our Saturday training. Caravan with us on foot or by bike to the sand or meet us there. The beach festivities will happen at the end of Rose Avenue.
