1/20/16 - “Get What You Came For”

We say it a lot and I’ve even written about it before. If we went to the Whole Life Challenge informational meeting, you heard me say it. I’m going to say it again. Screen Shot 2016-01-19 at 7.04.57 PM

Get what you came for.

In the context of being a member at the gym, it seems foolish to me to do these damn workouts and pay all this damn money to not get what got you in the door albeit strength, confidence, a six pack, or a general upgrade on your capacity. In the context of the Whole Life Challenge, you’d feel a bit silly to live under strict nutritional and lifestyle restraints and not get leaner, feel better, and improve your fitness.

We’re good at undermining our success unless we can recognize it ahead of time. Get what you came for.
