Did you know that group classes isn’t the only thing we do here? That’s right. Group training is our bread and butter, but sometimes there are certain circumstances where private training makes sense.

We have numerous qualified coaches for regular private training sessions, one off skill sessions, and other private training experiences. Each coach has his/her own pricing structure, as well.

In many cases, these coaches can help with their specific specialties from powerlifting to gymnastics. Bringing up your skill set on a one-on-one basis can be the fastest way to improvement.
