FREE Community Workout Saturday

We invite both members and non-members alike to a FREE community workout this Saturday starting at 9am. This is a 90-minute class that is perfect for introducing friends and family to what DEUCE is all about. Since the class is 90-minutes, we won’t be having our regularly scheduled 10am class. If you want to train General Physical Preparedness (GPP) with us this Saturday, this is your opportunity.
