FREE Community Workout Saturday

It’s that time again. Join us this Saturday for a FREE workout. This occasion has anyone and everyone in mind so regardless as to how fit you may or may not be, this is for you.

The workout will kick off Saturday at 9AM for both members and non-members alike. Typically, these FREE Community Workouts are light, fun training sessions that offer a fitness style mixer vibe. Bring a buddy and come on down!
