Responding Poorly Doubles Your Losses

When an injustice happens upon you, it may feel like the score is against you 1-0. Let me remind you that if you’re reading this, injustices are coming your way. Now, if you let the injustice disturb you, make you angry, and extend its impact beyond the moment and the moment after that and the moment after that and so on, then what’s the score? This lingering justice continues to mount its offense against you 4-0.

You’re the only loser when an external stimulus continues to disturb your peace. When you get cut off in traffic it may feel like you’ve been beaten, but, make no mistake, if you get upset you’ve been beaten again

Master your emotions by taking ownership of how you respond to win the day.
