Los Angeles is a mecca for both yoga and fitness. While the two should seemingly be intertwined, it seems as those folks follow one or the other practice, with little respect for or knowledge of the other. Chances are if you’re fully committed to one of these modalities, you’d benefit from some exposure to the other.
Sunday, May 6th at 9:30 AM we will be doing just that with a one of a kind event at lululemon Santa Monica. FFOTB and yogi, Mary beth LaRue,will combine forces for an hour of fitness and yoga. The event is one hour long and will include 30 minutes of coaching from me, Logan Gelbrich, and 30 minutes with fellow lululemon Ambassador, Mary Beth LaRue. MB is incredible and I’d only hope someone’s first experience with yoga be with her.
Our goal is to educate and have fun. Let’s find out what’s the same and what different in these domains. Just as important as filling holes in your game is, this event may surprise you with what may be similar about the yin and yang that yoga and FFOTB seem to create.
