The time has come where the most committed, most prepared students have an opportunity to level up. We’re proud to introduce a new specialty course called DEUCE Performance that addresses the conversation of the sport of fitness. Students who take advantage of this course can expect programing and gym access that will develop volume, high-level skills, and tip-of-the-spear capacities.
There are a number of different ways to interact with DEUCE Performance including taking it all on outside of class and continuing to train in your GPP classes with added pieces to be completed before and after.
As the CrossFit Open, a world-wide invitational competition, that marks the first step in the crowning of the Fittest Woman and the Fittest Man on Earth starts at the end of this month, it’s the perfect time to raise awareness around the training required to properly participate in the sport of fitness. DEUCE Performance isn’t for everyone, but neither is elite performance.
