That’s right boys and girls, Don Ricci, and Barbell Performance is back this Saturday at 10AM. As you all know by now, Don injured himself in an accident and our Saturday weightlifting technique class was interrupted to allow his wrist to recover.
If you’re interested in perfecting you weightlifting technique, class is just $20. You can drop-in once, or make it a regular habit.
His course rotates through the clean, the jerk, and the snatch, spending three weeks on each movement. Interested?
