A Day for Someone Else

We’re consumed. We’re completely, utterly consumed in ourselves. I don’t necessarily think that’s a terrible thing, either. But, it’s the truth.

Today, however, can be a day for someone else. Memorial Day is an opportunity to place your thoughts with others, specifically our fine men and women in uniform. Luckily, the holiday makes it easy. You won’t need to look far for someone in the military to humble you, teach you, and motivate you.

For me, today is about Michael Murphy. Every last minute of today’s workout, I’ll be trying my very best to empathize with Murph’s perspective. If you want to know more about him, I’d love to tell you everything I know about the guy.

Join us at noon to take on a meaningful training session in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy, and all of the men and women in the United States Military.
