Afternoon Classes Now Available!

That’s right, folks!

Functional Fitness on the Bluffs will be offering afternoon classes, starting tomorrow October 17th. We couldn’t be more excited to meet growing demand with an afternoon meeting time. So, if work or simply the thought of an early morning workout has deterred you from joining us thus far– The time is now!

Overjoyed to go overhead.

Our class schedule now looks like this:

Monday: 7:00 AM & 5:30 PM

Tuesday: 9:00 AM

Wednesday: 7:00 AM & 5:30 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM

Friday: 7:00 AM & 5:30 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM

This could be the beginning of a new routine to your day, and/or make the addition of friends or loved ones a reality for you at FFOTB. Make sure to share the good news with your friends, and communicate with your coach if you’d like to upgrade your membership.

Monday’s Workout:

With a partner, AMRAP 20:
5 Double Burpees
100m Farmers Carry (Alternating partners each round)
15 Swings
