FFOTB: The Movement

The last few, short months have been a whirlwind at Functional Fitness on the Bluffs. Danny, Annie, and I are often so immersed in “the making of a FFOTB class” that we rarely can sit back and realize the power of the community that has developed under our noses. That community is YOU!

Join the movement-- It's a nutty group!

I’d like to tip my cap to each and everyone one of you for being the “lone nut” that took the plunge with us. The recent months have blazed the trail for a bright future for our community. I can’t help but think of this legendary Ted Talk, when I think of the courageous few that let us begin to change their lives.

To some, we may in fact look a little nutty up there on Ocean Avenue, but I assure you this is a movement that cannot be stopped. You all are leaders in your own right and I am grateful beyond words. Let’s enjoy the ride!
