(Way) Beyond the Whiteboard

At the end of each class, we take a picture of the whiteboard. With that picture, anyone with an eye for what an AMRAP or a SDLHP is could decipher exactly what class was all about. You’d know who was there. You’d know what everyone did, including what the warm up was and even what the class did for skill work. You’d know exactly how everyone performed that day, down to the second.

What I’d like to offer to you is that, though the whiteboard is a critical part of our community, there is a lot more to your membership than that. I would like to argue that what’s available “beyond the whiteboard” is worth as much or more than the workout on that board.

When’s the last time you reached out to your coach for help with goal setting? Nutrition?

These things are crucial insights available to you at all times. This isn’t the  “for another $9.99 a month, you can have all the nutritional counseling you’re little heart desires” talk. Mere conversation before and after class could be what’s standing in between you and your next fitness milestone. Or, it could simply include a revelation that saves you from tediously de-yolking your eggs to “save” your cholesterol.

Squeeze every ounce of juice out of this community– it’s a rich one! Close friends and great coaching await your participation in the conversations before and after class.
