Mid-Month Check In

So, it is mid-way through August and I thought I would do a mid-month check-in.

This is your opportunity to put yourself out there and let the FFOTB community hold YOU accountable to push you to a new and higher level. Prove to yourself that you can do it. It is amazing the improvements you can have in a one month period when you focus and push hard.

He is taking his lunge to college. We will miss you, Jun!

What are you going to improve on and how are you going to do it? Pick 3 things…

We will revisit this in 4 to 6 weeks and evaluate how far you have come since writing these goals.

Remember, in order to grow and improve in anything we must set standards and goals so we are able to really see our progress.

In the comments below write down three things that you feel are going to get you one step closer to achieving all that you really can here at FFOTB.

Here are mine:

1. Do more mobility so I am able to do the workouts unscaled.

2. Push myself with the weights to go prescribed at all times.

3. Make all my reps count. I have a habit of going so fast that I short change reps. I need to be cognisant of this and in doing so I’ll make a positive change.
