**BRING A FRIEND WEEK**

 

Yes folks, the wait is over!

Monday kicks off a week long opportunity to bring a friend, family member, co-worker, loved one, or kidnapped stranger to class. Any class between Monday, December 12th and Saturday, December 17th is open to this opportunity. Each guest will be able to train at no cost as long as they are new to the program. Pretty cool, huh?

Now, we aren’t in the business of talking people into doing things that they don’t want to do, so you shouldn’t be either. That being said, know that we pride ourselves in universal scalability and coaching safety. So, if you’d like to share this experience with someone, they will be in safe hands. Chances are they will have a heck of a time and will have a bit of a paradigm shift with regards to how exercise can look and feel. It’s time to spread the love, everyone!

**Teams are given another team to compete with. The team with the most total reps wins.
