For those of you taking on The Route 56 Challenge, make sure to watch this in its entirety. There are large number of you that get to look each other in the face each day and take on this challenge, and some of you don’t have that luxury. Regardless, which scenario is yours, this message is for you:


Some noteworthy points that are worth mentioning again:

"Get outside and exercise?" Check & Check!

-15 days is an eternity for potential gains.

-If you’ve got an excuse, it isn’t a good one.

-Making this “too hard,” will do just that.

-Get your (competitive) mind right, the end is near.

-Use each other!

-16 days from now “real life happens,” are you prepared for that?

We are so close, everyone! Let’s play to win and embrace these days.
